How do I care for my pearls?
*Pearls are organic gems the require special care to protect them for a very long time.
*Pearls can be harmed by contact with many household cleaners, hair products, lotions, perfumes and cosmetics.
*Please clean your pearls with a soft cloth, water and a mild natural soap.
*Anything containing the following products will harm your pearls: ammonia, bleach, vinegar, and chlorine .
*If something spills on your pearls, soak your pearls in lukewarm water and mild natural soap. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
*Since pearls are an organic gem, they should not be around any direct source of heat. They need a little moisture so that the pearls do not dry out. Wearing your pearls will return some oils from your skin to the pearls. Never store your pearls in a safety deposit box or in a very dry room.
*ALWAYS remove your pearls when showering, applying perfume or hairspray, these can damage your pearls. Also, your sweat can damage your pearls. Please remove your pearls when exercising or any activity that would produce sweat.

Exchanges-If you receive an item that may be broken you may send it back for an exchange. If your item isn’t available you will receive a store credit.
Shipping-If you order more than once during a party and would like your items to be shipped together, PLEASE let us know.
We are not responsible for any damage to the oyster during shipping or the pearl during home shucking.

Oysters-We do not guarantee at home oyster openings. Oysters have a 99.99999% chance of having a pearl. There is that very rare chance that an oyster is empty. We DO NOT guarantee home openings unless the opening is video recorded from opening the sealed pack.
